The choice of the player and the team that the mascot will accompany is made exclusively by the Club. CharityStars has no influence on this decision.

In order to guarantee access to the experiences participants must arrive at Anoeta Stadium, Gate 18B, at least 1h before the start of the match.

Payment must be made strictly within 1 hour of the closing of the auction and, at the same time, the winning bidder must provide both participants' names.

The child's legal guardian must sign a document (provided to the auction winner after payment) to consent to the processing of the data.
